JP 的 Hermes 已彻底删除；根分区从 62% 降到 47%，释放约 1.3G；已验证无 Hermes 命令、无 Gateway 进程、systemd unit 不存在。
hermes-gateway.service。/etc/systemd/system/hermes-gateway.service。/root/.local/bin/hermes 软链接。/root/.hermes，即 Hermes 程序、配置、会话、技能、日志等全部数据。/root/.hermes 数据；仅保留极小删除记录和原 service 文件，便于证明执行过程。| 检查项 | 结果 | 说明 |

JP 现在不再作为 Hermes Telegram Bot/Agent 节点运行。如果以后需要恢复，必须重新安装 Hermes 并重新配置 gateway/token/provider。
